Eric Clark

Co-owner and President

Co-owner and President of South Shore Generator, is one half of the 2nd generation of this family owned and operated business who primarily focuses on the service operations of the business along with C.F.O. duties. Eric has been employed, and only been employed, with SSG since 1995. Employment part time began during his High School years and continued all throughout college and summers, learning and performing every aspect and position within the operation.

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth in 2000 with a BA in Business Information Systems he joined the company on a full time basis immediately following. Outside of the workplace Eric has a passion for the occasional golf outing, and basketball where he has also been a coach for his children. He has achieved the highest level Eagle Scout award, and enjoys spending much of his valuable time camping and traveling with his family and homeschooled children.

Bernadette Braman

Co-Owner and Treasurer

Bernadette is the Co-Owner and Treasurer of South Shore Generator. She grew up around the business, helping her father, Harry Clark, who founded the company in the basement of their family home in 1982. After contributing throughout high school and college, Bernadette joined the company full-time in 2003. She graduated Cum Laude from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics.

Today, Bernadette plays a key leadership role in the family business, overseeing day-to-day operations and serving as Treasurer. She manages financial oversight, reviews and executes contracts, and negotiates employee benefits and vendor agreements. In this capacity, she ensures compliance, evaluates opportunities, and makes critical decisions that keep the company running smoothly while supporting long-term growth. Outside of work, Bernadette enjoys spending time with her husband and two children—cheering them on at games, snowboarding, and traveling together.

Jeff Stelmack

Service Manager

Jeff Stelmack is the Service Manager at South Shore Generator, where he has been a valued member of the team since 2012. Prior to joining the company, Jeff served five years in the U.S. Navy Seabees as an Engineering Aide, gaining extensive experience in technical operations, problem-solving, and team leadership.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in 2013 and is also a 2nd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, reflecting his long-standing commitment to discipline and personal development. Outside of his professional career, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two children, and their German Shepherd.

Nicole St. Germaine

Office Manager

Nicole St. Germaine is the dedicated Office Manager at South Shore Generator, bringing strong organizational skills, reliability, and a positive, team-focused attitude to the workplace. She began her career with the company as a Service Coordinator in 2018, where she quickly proved her ability to manage complex scheduling, support field operations, and deliver excellent customer service. Her strong work ethic and natural leadership made her a clear fit for advancement, ultimately leading to her current role.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mother of three beautiful children. She loves cheering on her son at football games and spending quality time with friends and family. Whether in the office or at home, she brings dedication, and a genuine care for the people around her.

Our Technicians

South Shore Generator Currently employs 18 Field Service Technicians, and is always looking for new qualified candidates. South Shore’s 18 technicians represent over 150 years of combined experience in power generation. Our technicians hold multiple residential and industrial factory certifications including Kohler, Generac, Cummins/Onan, Zenith Controls, Deep Sea and more. South Shore Generator is continually investing in training to ensure technicians are keeping up with the ever changing field of power generation. We are proud to say that we employ one of the most well rounded, and highly trained technician teams in New England.
