I would like to go on record as completely recommending South Shore Generator for service, repair, and installation of all your generator needs. From the first point of contact to the final start up I was greeted with polite, knowledgeable, and professional personnel. I had many questions and was never made to feel like my questions were irrelevant. My generator, two plus decades old, had run flawlessly. During some of our past snowstorms, I'm sure you remember them, the generator at some points ran for a week straight and protected our household. The first tech determined that the generator was at the end of its dependable life, and it would be more cost efficient to replace it rather than repair one item and have another fail later. Even with all the shipping and part shortages, the generator came in months early and was scheduled and installed flawlessly. This includes the removal of the old generator and putting the new generator in place.
